Additional information (3 July 2019)

Camping1

This is a forest campsite, so please don’t expect to have the usual grassy pitches. However, the ground is quite level and the soil is not too hard to peg down your tents and awnings.

There is a pizzeria that also serves some meat dishes and other portions, and a seafood restaurant with a shrimp buffet on Thursdays if you arrive early.

The campsite has a small shop and there is a well-stocked ICA supermarket in Nordingrå, some 17 km away. The nearest Systembolag (alcohol store) is about one hour’s drive in Kramfors, Härnösand or Örnsköldsvik, so you might want to bring any stronger drinks with you. Alcoholic beverages can also be ordered two days in advance to ICA supermarket in Nordingrå.

Children can have fun in a playground, a bathing place, a petting zoo and the Kids’ Club.

Campsite guests have free access to a beautiful wood-burning sauna.

Sunday’s cruise ends at Mannaminne, a unique museum compound and a versatile and colourful work of art. The entrance fee is SEK100, under 15-year-olds for free, but you don’t have to go in. While we are there, we shall serve hot dogs for all.
